Application
This product is suitable for dust-proof and dust-resistance tests of various automotive parts. Components tested include vehicle lamps, instruments, electrical dust boots, steering systems, door locks, etc.
Chamber Structure
- Outer shell material: high-quality steel plate with powder coating.
- Inner chamber material: imported SUS stainless steel mirror plate.
- Visible door: glass door of the sand and dust test chamber, convenient for observing the condition of the specimen under test inside the chamber.
- Casters: the chamber bottom uses high-quality lockable PU casters.
- Dust device: the chamber bottom is equipped with a dust replacement device.
Control System
- Controller: the sand and dust test chamber uses an imported programmable controller, effectively ensuring the test runs according to the standard.
- Actuating components: equipped with vacuum actuating components; power-failure record retention for 10 years. “Schneider” actuating components.
- Dust blowing fan: the dust blowing fan time automatically alternates.
- Vibration control: vibration and vibration-stop times automatically alternate.
- Vacuum pressure: vacuum pressure indicated and adjustable.
- Output points: the programmable controller has four output points simultaneously executing four different time programs.
- Time-period control: each output point of the programmable controller has two time periods (i.e. start time and stop time).
- Time control: the programmable controller can separately or jointly control the time of the dust blowing fan, dust vibration and the total test time. Maximum test time is 99 hours 59 minutes.
- Wind speed adjustment: wind speed inside the chamber is adjustable (automatically adjusted by inverter).
