Application
The cabinet-type rain test chamber is suitable for protection testing of external lighting and signal devices and automotive lamp housings.
Chamber Structure
- Chamber materials: the outer shell is made of high-quality stainless steel plate with hairline finish; the inner chamber is made of stainless steel mirror plate.
- Visible door: large-area glass door, convenient for observing the condition of the specimen under test inside the chamber.
- Casters: the chamber bottom uses high-quality lockable PU casters for easy moving by the user.
- Spray device: equipped with a 270-degree oscillating tube and a 360-degree rotating rod spray device.
- Specimen turntable: turntable with adjustable rotation speed.
Control System
- Controller: an imported programmable controller completes the time and sequence control of the whole system.
- Speed control: the rain waterproof test chamber uses an imported inverter (variable-frequency drive) to control the rotation speed, effectively ensuring the test runs according to the standard.
- Filter: equipped with a water filter.
