Application
The water-cooled xenon arc weathering test chamber uses xenon arc lamps that simulate the full sunlight spectrum to reproduce the destructive light waves present in different environments, providing corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development and quality control. The SN-type xenon arc test chamber can be used for the selection of new materials, the improvement of existing materials, or tests of durability changes after changes in material composition, well simulating the changes that occur when materials are exposed to sunlight under different environmental conditions.
Chamber Structure
- Outer shell material: made of high-quality A3 steel plate CNC-machined into shape, with powder-coated outer surface, smooth and attractive (now upgraded to rounded corners); the inner chamber is imported high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plate.
- Insulation: high-density glass fiber wool, insulation thickness 80mm.
- Circulation system: long-shaft fan motor with temperature-resistant stainless steel multi-blade impellers, achieving strong convective vertical diffusion circulation.
- Sealing: double-layer high-temperature-resistant high-tensile sealing strips between the door and the chamber ensure a tightly sealed test area.
- Door handle: non-reactive door handle, making operation easier.
- Casters: the machine bottom uses high-quality lockable PU casters.
- Observation window: multi-layer hollow tempered glass (allows clear observation of the test process).
Product Functions
The service life of the xenon arc lamp tube of the water-cooled xenon arc weathering test chamber depends on the irradiance level used; generally the lamp life is 500 hours. Lamp replacement is quick and convenient; the long-life filter of the water-cooled xenon arc tester ensures the required spectrum is maintained.
Refrigeration System
- Compressor: the refrigerator uses original French “Tecumseh” fully hermetic compressors.
- Circuit design: the refrigeration system adopts a single-unit or binary low-temperature circuit design.
- Refrigeration accessories: US “ALCO” filter drier, Taiwan “Guanya” oil separator, Italy “Castel” solenoid valve.
- Air circulation: multi-blade blower provides strong circulation, avoiding any dead zone and ensuring uniform temperature and humidity distribution in the test area.
- Air path design: supply and return air path design meets test standards for air pressure and velocity, with fast temperature/humidity recovery when the door is opened.
- Independent systems: heating, cooling and humidification systems are fully independent, improving efficiency, reducing test cost, extending service life and lowering the failure rate.
